Chaim Kreiswirth (1920-2001) was a prominent rabbi and Talmudic scholar. Born in Poland, he studied at yeshivas in Lithuania and then in New York City, where he became a rabbi and professor of Talmudic studies. Kreiswirth also served as the spiritual leader of several synagogues in the United States, including in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He is known for his influential writings on Jewish law, including a four-volume commentary on the Talmud and a guide to Jewish marital law. Kreiswirth was widely respected for his knowledge of Jewish tradition and his dedication to serving his community.
